Ryan Loeffler is a documentary filmmaker and editor based in Los Angeles, California. He cut his teeth as an additional editor, assistant editor, and camera operator on award-winning documentaries from some of the most accomplished documentary directors working today, including Robert Kenner, Brett Morgen, Dan Lindsay and TJ Martin.

Ryan’s work has been featured on Showtime, Netflix, NatGeo, Disney+, Paramount+, PBS, HBO/Max, and premiered at renowned film festivals such as Sundance, Telluride, Toronto and Tribeca. His recent editing credits include the upcoming sequel to the Academy Award-nominated Food, Inc., and the acclaimed Showtime documentary series Couples Therapy.

With experience in editing, producing and cinematography, Ryan approaches projects with a breadth of knowledge about the entire filmmaking process.
